From Brian at Victoria deck:
Victoria Deck lost a beloved member of our Duradek family Our most heartfelt sympathies go out to his family at this difficult time. Robin March was 48 years old when he unexpectedly passed away. Robin was a dedicated worker who never complained no mater how hard the task. He worked for Victoria Deck for over 15 yeas and Robin took great pride in this work. His early going ways and great sense of humour at work will be deeply missed but always remembered. Robin's Duradelegacy will always live on at Victoria Deck.
From Cody :
He made a positive impact on my life, and the lives around him. We always think we have more time to say the things left unsaid, but expressing our love for each other needs no words.
There's always been love above all, and he still loves you very much, forever. A good man, a good friend, a good dad and a good life lived worthy of celebrating, and remembering those great times shared, the looks that don't need words, the smiles and laughter will echo in everyone's hearts and its up to us to make sure we love in a way that reflects how good he taught us to feel.

From Grimlord:
Robin was the first person in grade 5 to say hi to me when I moved here. He has been my friend ever since. Love brother. R.I.P.. ...The world lost a beautiful soul.
From Margaret Cox ( mom):
A BRIGHT LIGHT IN FERNWOOD HAS DIMMED. Robin loved Victoria and spent his entire life here. Victoria's history fascinated him, and he spent hours and hours documenting the many changes. Robin leaves behind two heartbroken daughters, their mother, brother and sisters, many other relatives, mountains of friends and ME, his mother, Margaret Cox.----- Robin---you filled all our lives with joy and happiness. We will never forget.

Gone to soon, RIP Robin March
Another kind heart has stopped beating in this town.
While in Spain, Robin was part of the filming of a documentary about his great uncle, Peter Johnson and the 400 volunteers from British Columbia ( collectively known as the Mackenzie Papineau Battalion) who joined the International Brigades to fight fascism during the Spanish Civil War. As always he made a lasting impression to those he met. We received these messages:
From the film crew who Robin spent 3 full days with- one in Barcelona and at the Sand Ferran castle in Figueras on the Spain/France border and at the Jarama March weekend.
Göran He was so present and curious, humble, tender and friendly -to everybody ...It makes me sooo sad to hear this.
Iñaki I am speechless ... even so and with the little we know each other I am very sorry. I loved meeting him, he is one of those people who project good vibes only with his gaze and his smile
FIBI - The Friends of the International Brigades in Ireland, many of whom Robin met on his trip, were shocked and heartbroken. They posted a message of Sympathy on their Facebook page and email list and reached out individually as did members of AABI - Friends of the International Brigades and l'Amical de les Brigades Internacionals de Catalunya
Justin I'm very sorry to hear the news of your brother, today. May Robin rest in peace. We did somehow click, straight away, chatting while smoking cigarettes on the pavement.
Dougie I would like to express how sorry I am for your loss. Another good man down. I feel Robin had so much life yet to live.
Almu: Your brother was so friendly and good looking, he seemed to be thoroughly enjoying himself over the Jarama weekend.
Isabel: I met him in February and he is full of life
